The service includes simple customization options for text, colors, and incentives, along with easy integration via a single code snippet.

2. Ownership and Usage Rights

When you purchase a package from Hook2me, you are granted the right to use the pop-up tool and its related features. You do not have the right to resell or distribute the pop-up tool itself.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Contact Us: Email us at "support@mg.litl.ltd" with your purchase details, including your order ID and reason for the refund request.
• Verification: We will review your request and verify your purchase details.
• Submit Refund: Once verified, we will disable your account access and submit the refund request through our payment provider, Paddle.
• Notify: A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund is processed.
